Yea right, after you told him the job will be a 3 hour stint for $10/hour he agreed and later got upset when you try giving him extra $20 on top of that. Sure thing buddy.

As for him belonging here ..... well if you look at Mexicans they tend to resemble the native population of North America a lot closer than what you or I see in the mirror every morning. Given the fact that it was noon,i highly doubt that i completely devestated his day as i worked side by side the hard working,Guatamalen Illegal Immigrant,as i don`t mind getting my hands dirty & putting in an honest day.

Where does it state that an employee dictates terms to the employer?.....regardless of the situation.

By being Guatemalan my original statement is even more valid since the racial make up of average Guatemalan is a lot more native than Mexicans and thus his stake to this continent is a lot more valid and stronger than your ever will.

I did not state that he should dictate any terms. They should have been agreed by both sides. However seeing how refined your negotiation skills are (threatening the guy with death and being a fake macho man in general), I am sure it was the illegal worker who was rude, cocky and arrogant and not you Mr. Rambo who needs help around the house.

As for asking him for his visa and "taxing" him. You have power to do neither one.

We need to get them out our country before obama legalize them . Bush tried to make them legal but the GOP told him hell no. We can't let us become the minority in our own country. America is a country for white Americans. Once these fools figure out that obama is going to fail, then that will be the turning point when we get back in power.

Outbreaks of Swine Flu in the U.S. due to Mexican illegals?,,,,, maybe ......the largest outbreak and incidences of Swine Flu Worldwide have been in Mexico.......personal hygiene and regular hand washing prior to eating or food preparation or after using the bathroom aren't readily practiced there, and illegals may be spreading it further here in the U.S when they sneak into the country and bring it here with them.
 
Guess what people, I used to work construction, and for what it's worth I would never ever hire an american contractor. (except for hvac and electric work).

I have seen mexicans at work hanging drywall, they would work the job 3 times faster and 3 times cheaper than the american crew...No bitching about entitlements, union and other counterproductive bullshit...

We should all be free market oriented instead of bitching about "illegals" - we invaded this continent a few centuries ago, yet now people from Mexico are illegals, because they just happen to be the native population that should be entitled to this continent...

I have heard many accounts of jobs (as in entire construction projects) being too cheap to the good old white folks, but the mexican or eastern european finds a way to do the job and squeeze a profit out of it.

I work in transportation, used to own my own semi-trucks, and when the going got tough you have to move cheap freight to keep the wheels spinning - and amazingly major us corporations are the ones responsible for the ridiculously low rates.

So I find the "blaming the illegals" game completely bogus.

It's free market at it's finest.
