Loving the hypocrisy. Mexico was such a national emergency the GOP decided in the 2 years they had the votes it was not worth dealing with. They lose the election in 2018 they thought would be easy and now are panicking.

I am not against EOs, I just don't like the precedent by all Prez to use that route when a power delegated to COngress and they vote the other way .
