Wouldn't it be more efficient to see if he'll resign first?
While you're responding to stuff, any response to the lopsided corruptness of the GOP.
If you have any concern for the women in his office how can you not want to remove him immediately.
Cuomo will not resign...so if you don't want to impeach him, then you just leave those women office workers at the mercy of a pretedor

He's hasn't killed or raped any women that we know of. And these women choose to stay in his office. There is also workman's comp and EEO protections available if they find working with him too too stressful.
They do want him removed immediately. The quickest way would be for him to resign.

I could see him technically resigning if the votes are there to remove him by impeachment. He would resign the day before the vote was taken rather than take the hit.
But, otherwise, he is not going to roll over and do an Al Franken departure. Not by a long shot. When was the last time you saw an Italian mob leader do that? He will even some scores on the way out or after too or even before. Tis the Sicilian way. He has cards he can play to preserve some votes. Problem is that there is new crop of legislators in Albany who owe their allegiance to the commies, not the mob. So some of the old power structures have some vulnerabilities in them.
If you know #MeToo, Cuomo is a boss with the power to help or hurt a career of woman.
A woman who aspires to serve in State Government might feel she has to bear the predator because she does not want to be seen as not a team player...and why should she have to leave a job because of the hostility that the Governor creates
