Right. I agree with this. His goose is cooked. Besides retaliation is unlawful under civil rights laws both state and federal, and he definitely did that.

I listened to the AG's statements and then properly recounted her statement, to wit:

"The Attorney General conducted an investigation and flat out concluded and stated that Cuomo sexually harassed multiple women in violation of state and federal laws."

Whether I, at some point, read the testimony of the 176 witnesses and the lengthy report to see if I agree with her statements is another matter altogether. In the meantime, my assertion that the AG determined that federal and state laws were violated stands and will still be true even if I don't agree with her at some point.

Cuomo is entitled to defend himself before various tribunals and you are free to defend him too. Nevertheless, my statement about what the AG concluded stands. His problem, not mine.
