The pictures on pages 2 and 18 are not meaningfully different. Your size appears to be about the same, whereas your abs might be a bit more defined in the later pic, which may be either attributable to slightly less body fat or more tightening in the second pose (and possibly a longer time since your last meal). And maybe your pecs look a shade bigger, but that could be a matter of pose and/or lighting. So, one hardly looks like a "before" picture. That's not a slight. They're both very good. The only difference in the second pic is the addition of the ursolic acid for the past 6 months or so.

In your pic on page 2, were you fairly relaxed, or were you flexing your traps? Again, and forgive me for repeating it, but your traps don't look like the result of ordinary nutrition, workouts notwithstanding. And that's the "before" picture! You've never experimented with other stuff, however fleetingly, before your pic on page 2?
