metatrader data export on demand

I'm new to this aspect, so, i'm wondering how many people go to this trouble of creating their own data feeds.

i was hoping that a data provider would go through this to offer to their clients. i don't expect a person to make their own feed ( but it could be done there is a company called dukascopy that will provide a person with their API. )

feed, can you convert it for MetaStock ?

i found another platform called "netinvestor" that has a on demand export that emilates esignal online (not the esignal dbc which is just tick by tick) if you look they set the metastock to retrieve esignal online . too bad they only provide russian stock data.
