I have seen prices surge after delisting from NASD too. I really have no explanation for that, issue's first day as an otc and the price runs up!! It was happening with some regularity when I was looking at that stuff.

good time to get in. Bouncing nicely off the 50 day moving average. Well, almost bounced off of it, came up a little short. But still, nice little 3 week correction, and now back to the upswing :)
