Meredith Whitney Stock Research - $50,000 a year

I first heard of her as a bearish analyst appearing at bloomberg around Oct 2007, what she said made tons of sense and she made me some money with some of her calls. but for $50k, I think there are insider tips from mark cuban cheaper than that
 
I paid $5,000/ quarter for institutional research from a guy at MS Howells. He was awesome and his work included daily information that both made me money and was very educational. Being an individual trader, they gave me a deal, most firms were paying $10,000/mo. It is targeted to institutions and not individuals.

Then he moved to another firm and they wanted 5 grand a month. He was good, but probably not worth that much for me. But good research can be worth the money if you put it to use.

50/200 moving avg cross would have got you short around the same time.

I was just paid about 2 grand to compute texas ratios for the top 10 holdings in the KBE, KRE. That was last friday, and the recommendation was to exit long and go short. I don't think he listened, though, but, too bad, at least he knows what it's worth now.
 
My Minimum account is 2mill. at 1% thats 40k and I am sure she has more assets so for what she charges she is cheap. I called it way before her on this board and so far the only mis call was the oil at 200 and Im waiting for that in 24 months. All the signs are there.

My next levels here is 6700-6500 lows and then we should see a monthly 10-15% rally. I have been right here. Also please be aware that I was the first one to call the assets TOXIC...

SO congrats to Meredith on her new firm. I hope she gets a show on BLoomberg or cnbc. 18 months target is 9800- 10000 when its all written. Technology will lead and the banks will follow.
