Though I guess I realise now that I rarely posted in trading because having a team meant I could do things solo traders could not so safely and there was simply nobody to easily relate to.
I have a trading buddy/friend here in Colombia and we shared ideas and created very similar independent operations.
Friends can't be in partnerships without risking the friendship etc. but a bit of friendly rivalry is magic.

I actually thought about that (limitations of racial attacks) in a recent discussion with two of my teenagers still at home (the 3rd one is away at college/military school...no longer a teenager) after a visit to a place while on vacation that was once ground zero for racism & freedom of speech back in the 1970s that required the Supreme Court to way in on the issue...
In my opinion, the obvious fact is that Baron sets the rules, especially considering this forum is a private business. Thus, he sets the rules...his rules.
We must follow those rules or move on to another place for those types of disparaging remarks of an ethnic group. It's not a perfect system here at ET and I've never seen him say his rules are perfect so that everybody will be happy being a member of ET.
If Baron asks you to stop, gives you a warning to stop...you must stop even if you're not clear on the rules, don't agree with the rules, don't understand when many other members are clear about the constant targeting of one ethnic group et cetera.
Yet, if you're a permanently banned member from the past and Baron decides you're in fact someone he's permanently banned in the past for whatever reasons that have now returned to once again begins targeting (create threads) the same ethnic group...that is a completely different story.
It does not matter what you say, disparaging or not disparaging, even if you just say HELLO.
Your ass was once given a permanent ban in the past and will be banned again after you recreate a new username especially if other members contact Baron/Magna about your targeting of one ethnic group regardless of the type of disparaging remarks of that ethnic group in the Political threads or anywhere else at Elitetrader.com
My point...do not act like you're someone who is a permanently banned member from the past...Baron will be cool with you and you can stay. 
Anyways, targeting an ethnic group is an intentional act of intimidation on the unity of a trading forum that has sponsors especially when it's aimed at someone in their own backyard to make it more threatening and more offensive. This is Baron's backyard. Do not target an ethnic group in his backyard because he does not want that type of vomit rhetoric because it's divisive to the unity of his members if that makes any sense to you.
That's what I learned about Skokie Illinois, and the Jewish people of that small wonderful suburb that I didn't know about while growing up in a nearby suburb because I was too young to care or maybe too naive about issues like that.
This is not rocket science...if you're a permanently banned member from the past, you're no longer welcome here no matter how many clever usernames you've created. You've lost that privilege to express yourself here at this forum even if you just want to say HELLO.
