It's not made up, we'll kinda it is because it's paper trades (most likely). But the issue is that he most likely hides the losing trades. Very simply trick. Wait 10-20 minutes after each trade, if in the money post the screenshot. If not, don't mention it. Probabilities will create the illusion that our friend is a great trader. Some posted trades will get stopped out. Many more will reach the target price. Of course he will not admit to it because "by his definition" 10-20 minutes is still instantaneous.
