Mentor journal trades entries posted live

there are 116 posts in this thread with just 3 trades of mine posted.

so it is very apparent no one is interested in my trades or interested in discussing charts.

in a forum of traders this is quite an intriguing and totally unexpected by me.

i am also suspecting that the reason for this is to stop me from posting my trades which may benefit genuine traders.

this is puzzling but appears to be the trend in this forum

so be it
Well............

I see two possible reasons that would keep posters from engaging with you.

First is the instrument you trade. Compared to stocks or futures, there ain't a large crowd of forex traders here (at least from what I've seen from the posts). In addition, you trade Aussie, which is not as "popular" as Euro or Yen.

Second is the time constraint. I believe this place is most active when the US markets open for business, which is 1:30pm to 8pm GMT. Yet you tend to post when everyone is asleep.

The best type of interaction is one where you post live trades as it happens, so that others can actively follow along. This will also eliminate any accusation about credibility.

Hi,

I think you can save a lot of time, and effort, by simply posting your entry/exit points, from your broker's official daily statement. I just did that recently. Then, after your trading session ends, you can post your actual charts, and rational explanations.

DEMO accounts, ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

it cant be any more simple as that, time stamped proof - no guesswork needed.

unless padutrader is paper trading, who knows!

lets see if Padutrader is up to this and is able to post the live broker executed trades with real money?

It's not you that other members are not interested in your charts. Thus, don't take it personally.

There can be many reasons and I've highlighted a few of them for the past 8 years and so has many other members the chart format here at ET.

Also, there are certain topics here that create controversy and a few of those topics you're involved with. Once again, its not you and its just the way the forum has been for the past 20 years for other members too.

Yet, remember this, post for yourself...don't worry about the view counts, click counts, likes, number of replies...post for yourself and anyone else that doesn't see any value in what you post...its no big deal.

I know many members here that have their own trade journals in a private location elsewhere and I've seen other members here in the trade journal specifically state they're not interested in any replies, suggestions, recommendations...nothing.

They just only want to post their trade journal...talk to themselves and not be bother by anyone else. That use to bother me until I realize...if someone does not need help with their trading...post their trade journal and charts. Don't care if others are interested in the information.

In contrast, if you need attention from others to give yourself a sense of self worth...tough to get because of the controversial topics.

Seriously, I've recently came across a forum buffoon here at ET that has liked a lot of my message posts and then recently in the past few days gets so upset that it overwhelms him to the point he needs to start name calling and then gets upset again when I called him out for it. He was just having a tantrum because I reposted questions by others that didn't get a response from someone else that he likes.
  • The person he likes announces nobody seems interested in what she has to say about price action. She then thinks she should just let her thread die (lack of interest)...
I show up ask some questions and soon after she leaves just as she had promised to do. Thus, her leaving this forum was planned prior to the problems. The forum buffoon shows up after me and then blames me for her departure even though she's on record in stating she was going to let her thread die and leave because she felt she wasn't getting the attention she was looking for...this is before there were any problems. :D

Strangely, he publicly announces he and others have been talking about me "before" the problem and he now has me on ignore. Oddly, he continue responding to my message posts after announcing I'm on ignore.

Padutrader, that's the nature of this forum and its a sad reality of the type of people here that are more interested in head games and childish behaviour.

At some point, you need to just not take it personally (they want to you to take it personally) and just move on. Therefore...

Post your charts for yourself, talk to yourself here...use it as a form of self meditation. Document your trading anyway you want...do not care about what others want you to post / verify. It's your trade journal...not theirs.

P.S. If you're looking for popularity...listen carefully to what maxinger stated...trade what's commonly popular at this forum. We pay attention more to those trading the same stuff that we're trading.

STOP TRADING WHAT IS NOT IN FASHION!

Trade what is in fashion which is crude oil, index futures!

don't trade those which move slower than snail !

Simply, if you know your price action, it shouldn't be a problem for you to switch to a popular trading instrument and then talk about it. You'll get a lot more attention if you really just seeking more interest in what you have to say about price action trading.

Heck, we have a few robo traders here that will trade anything that's a trendy discussion here at ET. I call them "thrill seekers". :D

comments made by trolls, newbies traders or geniuses are welcome but i will not acknowledge discuss or answer them. i just do not have the time.

padman, you are not finished are you?

Then, why not start a new thread?

A New Thread Where You Post Your New Trades and Your New Commentary.

Look, No Two Traders Agree, Or Trade Alike. Period.
Some Are Quite Vocal About It.

No Problemo.

They Can Be Directed to Make Their Contributions In This Thread,

While You, Padman, YOU Post Exclusively In Your

" * New Trade Posts From The Padman Thread * " or some other much better name,

from Now Forward.

Commentary like that already done here, can keep on posting to this thread right here.

padman, as we both know, you are not the type to throw in the towel.
i appreciate and hope you are able to post whateverthefuck you want to post without the interspersion of comments, which i also savor and support in posting whatever checks their ass can cash, so to speak.

sure would be nice to read your posts again and then toggle over to the p-nut gallery to see what we hoi-palloi and yourself of course post over here. That way the student can gain and the other students can gain too.

i'm shopping stogies and scotch in high expectations of celebration and study that will resume after you have slept on it for a spell, and decide to do your duty to the service of future traders world-wide.
