I think I said she and the command structure and policies need to be examined as part of an independent investigation. I have only said that I see the mayor and police chief trying to get medals and distance themselves from people under their authority or command.

If she comes out looking good- and it is getting repetitive because I said this- then fine. But their self-gratulatory talk should not stop or impede unbiased review of EVERYTHING. And she is fully accountable. If she accounts herself in a a way that is beneficial to her, then so be it.

That being said, I need to see a toxicology report on him.

And no, that does not justify a beating or a death.

But he was fully amped in a meth/fentanyl appearing kind of way. If not. Then the report will show that. As I specifically said above that did not justify what happened but if he is driving around town amped up (his being stopped for reckless driving might have some root cause that the toxicology report will show) then I am not nominating him for sainthood just yet.

The police have already stated they had no grounds to stop him on the basis of reckless driving. The information clearly demonstrates he was not driving improperly.

And if you watch the first video where he was pulled out of the car shows he was attempting to comply. It was the police officers that appeared to be amped up. The question should be what drugs did the police officers have in their systems.

Just sayin' I need to see the toxicology report to see if he was naturally or unnaturally amped after being stopped. We will see that in time and that will provide more information. And I have no dog in the fight, as I said about the Police Chief as well. But I am not biased against looking at everything just because they and the victim are being nominated for saint-hood.
