"Cautiously optimistic." If the economy goes into the dumper again, we can say our earlier caution was warranted. If things pick up, we were right to be optimistic and "knew it all along."

Stock market is easy to predict. It follows the same old rules that have been in place since the creation of the stock market.
Good fundementals in the absence of bad news=rally
panic selloff=panic buying and long term rally from support levels
Buy the dips=money. When ever you buy any form of drips you are being handed cash should the two rules above apply.

what matters is that the fed says a lot of things. Take most of it with a grain of salt.
Fundementals very strong. Upward trend still maintained.
Still 1 hour 40 minutes left of trading. Buy the dips. There will be a sharp rebound fomr the lows.
Buy and hold. Buy the dips.
