While I’m sure some people who have crossed the border have had delta, it’s certainly not the main source and certainly not the reason for spread.

There are other Covid strains circulating in other countries (e.g. United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Japan, and so on)...

Not yet a big problem in the United States.

I expect the same Covidiots to blame it on the Mexicans and the southern border too.

In fact, soon our athletes will be competing in the Tokyo Olympic Games. Many are not vaccinated. Let us give them big hugs and kisses on their return back from the Olympic games and then the Covidiots can blame the Mexicans (southern border) about 4 - 8 weeks after our Olympic athletes return back to the United States.

It's funny how these Covidiots ignored the warnings for several months by health officials including ignoring Pandemic health guidelines from their state before the United States could reach vaccination herd immunity.

Let's take a look at reality. The dominant COVID variant in Mexico and Central America is a Gamma variant first discovered in Brazil. Mexico found it's first Delta variant case a mere five days ago --- so Delta is brand new in Mexico and not being carried across the border to the U.S. from Mexico & Central America.

The dominant strain of COVID in the United States is the Delta variant. The largest initial outbreaks of the Delta variant were in Florida and New York --- and are most likely associated with incoming air travel. Thanks to Florida having nearly no proper public health measures in place (as well as being a tourism center) the COVID variant spread widely in Florida and was spread by tourists returning home across the U.S. For example - the first 38 cases of the Delta variant in North Carolina all involved people who came from Florida (typically returning from vacation).

It is very hard to make a case that illegal immigrants coming across the border are widely spreading COVID in the U.S. -- when there are few Gamma variant cases in the U.S. (comparatively) -- and Delta is the dominant strain in the U.S.
