But that is what Sliding Scale in QT is! You specify the range and it slides up/down as needed
 
Well maybe Im doing something wrong but this morning I adjusted the sliding scale to the range I wanted and the bottom of my YM chart at the time was 10490. A little later price moved below 10490 but the chart remained the same and the bar movement below 10590 was no longer visible without further adjusting the chart. Am I doing something wrong?

 
it sounds like you selected absolute scale instead of sliding scale. Are you using the 3.5.8e version? If so, right click on the Y axis scale, select "Sliding Window..." and specify the range that you want ... 10 points for example, and click OK.
 
easyrider, note that you can visually set the range as well by holding down the CNTRL key and then clicking on the Y Scale and moving the mouse up/down

I actually like this scaling method better than esignal. I set my scale and just hit the little arrows when I want to center the price on my chart. Perfect.

The only other non-critical thing I would like to see in Quotetracker is the ability for the crosshair to be linked to other charts. eg. When I am working on one chart and comparing to other charts, the crosshair would show up on both (or all charts) to see movements at the same time frame. No big deal but it is a handy feature.

How would that work on multiple monitor set ups?....sorry I do not even have QT as I don't need it yet. My style of trading is not needing charts. But i am curious....Does QT work with mutiple monitors and does it have detachable panes?

Multiple monitors are ot a problem. QT does not use an MDI interface (main container window with other windows inside it), so any QT windows (charts, Level II, etc) can be placed anywhere on the screen(s), regardless of which monitor its on. QT remembers window positions on the various monitors.

I personally use 3.
