Quote from pumpkinhead:
The charts are broken. They don't work. I emailed quote tracker since they don't have a telephone number and somebody named Mazel emailed me back who was very rude. The name was "mazel". They asked me how old I was. My age has nothing to do with using quote tracker and I think it was very rude of that person Mazel to ask me my age. I told Mazel that I tried to reset the QT and Mazel said they have no idea what "resetting" software means. The software is worthless and the customer helpless is worse. Mazel is disresptful. It is nobody's business how old somebody is just because they are using their software.
Oh, and I did try to resolve this issue before posting here. I emailed customer service and was very rudely sent a response email from Mazel which was harrassing. Mazel had no intentions on helping a customer service problem but had every intention on harrassing customers when they ask questions.
Well Fred, since you decided to sling mud here, I think the other ET members should see the FULL conversation, just to be fair. It can be viewed at:

Mazel asked you 2 very simple questions that were in no way rude. your reply was "Who is this? You should know what resetting means. If you don't know what resetting means, then I think this software sucks and so does customer service."
I have no idea what RESETTING the chart means either btw, since there is no such option in QuoteTracker.
So, who exactly was rude here? Mazel or you? And what about "I am 57 years old. And my age is none of your god damn business. If you don't know what reset means then you are a fucking RETARD!!!". What kind of support do you expect to get if you ask in such a nice way?
