MB Provides Level I and Level II data. There is no backfill for either intraday or Historical data. If you need that, you would need to get a 3rd party datafeed such as IQFeed:

If you have another source that has backfill (IB for example) then you can use that for backfill by specifying it as the backfill source at OPTIONS/Data Sources menu, BACKFILL Tab (and HIST BACKFILL tab). Historical backfill will work for MB for US stocks because QT defaults to BigCharts for that.

You cannot change that MSFT historical chart to 5 minute frequency because 5 minute frequency would be an INTRADAY chart, not a historical. For Intraday, you need to open the intraday chart. Refer back to the backfill stuff above.

I call them as I see them. If that was the only thing you said, I wouldn't have said anything at all. You however started attacking my product on the other thread as well as here, and anyone who said anything positive about it. Based on your posts, you obviously do not know how to use it, so the comments are not based on experience. Therefore, the other option is some agenda, and THAT is what I was replying to.

If you want help or suggestions on the best way to configure everything, just say so. But don't come here under false pretenses.

I dont see a whole lot of other software vendors here on ET message board cursing at someone who is not a cheerleader for their product. I think their are a few esignal reps that hang here.

I sure dont see Howard Arrington posting here, or Bill Linn of inverter RT, or any other reputable vendors.

So what does showing up two months ago have to do with this software?

Attacking your product, your being paranoid, I have stated over and over it is fine for investors and beginners learning the markets . Whats your problem you insecure person. Just beacuse I am not saying want you want to here I am attacking.

You should have shown up and issued a clear reply to my post, something simple like, myminitrading, this product is not perfect, we do the best we know how, some traders like it some don't, the choice is yours, If their is anything myself or my staff can do to help please send and Email to>>>>>>>>

TGM, yes, you can do that. The format would be EXCHANGE:.SYMBOL or .SYMBOL if you just want SMART route. For example:

.QAAGY
or
AMEX:.QAAGY
PHLX:.QAAGY
