Ain't that the truth.
Half of me is pissed that I paid $21 for this MeditationSHIFT bullshit.
The other half is amused.

In all seriousness, I found nothing in this course I couldn't have found googling "meditation." From what I can see, MeditationSHIFT offers no added value. It is, in my opinion, a ripoff.
To each his own, but to call it a ripoff is a bit extreme. You can say you didn't learn anything new, or it didn't work for you. But, they didn't rip you off.
IMO, they provided solid information and a good plan, so it was $20 well spent for me. Overall I thought it was pretty comprehensive, and it got me meditating every day which was my goal. I won't argue that you can't find the information elsewhere - that's the case with anything, really. I can find information on any topic I want with Google, but I don't have the time to wade through all the crap and find something that I can put into practice.
Not sure if anyone still reads this thread, but the person who created meditationshift.com wrote a post I just read on Medium.
Side note - is anyone else still trying to figure out what Medium is? I mean, I know the Twitter founders created it, but is it supposed to take the place of blogging? I've read some good articles there on different subjects, but for the life of me I don't understand why I should make it a place to go and check every day. Right now I go to it if someone tweets a link, but that's it.
Back to meditation - the article is "My journey with meditation. And, why you should do it too." I found it quite funny and representative of my first few experiences.

Because in yoga, meditation there are actually a LOT of charlatans.

That's a sign you need to meditate a lot more! Until getting conned out of thousands of dollars leaves you totally tranquil.
Does anyone still do it beyond the 21 days? Results?
