No money back guarantee though? $21 seems a lot for what is essentially, what, a bunch of PDFs?
What are Binaural beats and Isochronic beats. Any website to try them free? Do they help? Thanks
Never tried them. I prefer not to have to depend on anything when I meditate - no guided meditations, no external audios.
I want to be able to do it anytime, anywhere. Just my opinion. meditationshift.com just has you repeat a mantra (actually a sound/word), the other method I toyed with was the breath, but the mantra is definitely easier to stick with.
Not sure if anyone still reads this thread, but the person who created meditationshift.com wrote a post I just read on Medium.
Side note - is anyone else still trying to figure out what Medium is? I mean, I know the Twitter founders created it, but is it supposed to take the place of blogging? I've read some good articles there on different subjects, but for the life of me I don't understand why I should make it a place to go and check every day. Right now I go to it if someone tweets a link, but that's it.
Back to meditation - the article is "My journey with meditation. And, why you should do it too." I found it quite funny and representative of my first few experiences.
