But, just to call out your bullshit, as usual, I'm gonna let you in a little piece of information. The example you used was the worst possible: Orthopedics is the medical field which, during medical school, is usually used to exemplify which treatment should have the least priority in the emergency setting(except for a few real "orthopedic emergencies"). You can check the Advanced Trauma Life Support - ATLS protocols if you want to confirm this.
So, when all you have is a broken leg, to choose the hospital to which you go to, since it is not an emergency as I just explained, can be the difference between limping the rest of you life or getting a full recovery.
And this is just an example. The vast majority of medical issues are not emergencies, which means there's more than enough time to make a choice almost everytime. That's why I pay insurance to have access to the best hospitals in the country here. But if an emergency happens, me and my family already know to which hospitals we should go. And if the very rare and specific situation in which a choice is not possible happens, that's just another reason to have the freest market possible, so that hospitals have no problem being opened and competing with one another everywhere, increasing quality and lowering prices, which is what competition does.
So, having said that, I'm the one who should tell you: "Don't be stupid." But, judging from all the crap you write, I realize that that is something simply out of your reach. So, go on, keep writing your endless stream of stupid shit and fuck off...
