Your statements perhaps have some truth to them, however, they are anecdotal at best. Please reread my first post especially #3. Yes, maybe for you and me, we can get the best quality of care faster than a GrubHub delivery, but that is not the case for millions of Americans today. Every system has its flaws and benefits. But, there is no doubt healthcare will go under massive transformation to control cost. From what I see, I think the current system will only exacerbate the inequality of care and overall inevitable decline in quality of healthcare outcomes.
There is nothing anecdotal with what I said and I have doctor friends I have had conversations over Medicare issues. Doctors and nurses have bills to pay too like everyone else and families to feed. Majority will not put up with the nonsense for long. I urge you to watch Un-American movie on Prime Video and see for yourself the truth about the much praised UK and Cuba health systems as it actually, is instead, of the BS Sicko movie of Michael Moore. There are actually, hidden cameras to record things as it is happening. Cuban hospitals are rundown, you get filthy dirty matresses and urine and feces on the floor. That is what is really happening. The UK system also, is teethering on bankruptcy among other problems. Watch the movie and open your eyes.
