Media Choppy on fast computer?

Might be one of those apps (if installed) that came with the hardware manufacturer, they often cause conflicts and problems.

Not much power needed to play a movie, you've got some damn adware/spyware/bloatware taking over your CPU's most likely.

My Mouse was barely able to move earlier on, restarted it same, spybot fixed it thankfully, very annoying.

You r hardware if it's true is very very expensive and totally out of the question here completely. So let's find out by running Windows Defender or similar software. But you better tell us which websites have you visited which were not safe let's say.
