Measles makes a comeback under Obama and Dems

so while ricter was right I was trying to make a point and did not expect to be able to close the circle. Nor did I even want to.

Now we see that by not have sealed borders and therefore only having legal immigration in which people most have their shots...

Obama and the Dems cheering for his inaction on the boarder are very likely responsible for the outbreaks of diseases we once eliminated.

Dude, stop. They have these things they call airplanes now. People can come from far away lands and such.

Immigration, illegal or otherwise, comes with a host of things. This is not one of them.

I think you wrote that a while ago also and strengthened my resolve on that issue.
Anyone doing a risk reward analysis would have to agree with you.

If you even read the links I posted you will see some kids get vaccines and then they get brain swelling... but this is not called "autism" by the system. However, I do not think parents make that distinciton. When their kid goes in fine and comes out with brain damage thats autism to most.

I'm not an anti-vaccination nut, though maybe gwb will call me such. I took my time on getting my little one his vaccines. He's got all of them at age 6, including all relevant boosters. But he didn't get them on the timeline the doc was feverishly (no pun intended) suggesting.

I remember one visit they said they were going to give him DPT, MMR and Hep A all at once, at age 6 months. I looked at them with dead calm and said "over my dead body." A 6 month old infant/toddler's body is not able to tolerate that type of immuno onslaught, even if the percentages say there are no issues in most cases.

So he got his DPT. Six months later, his MMR. Then his polio 6 months after that. If he needed a booster, he got that in between, but not at the same time as the other vaccinations.

These cocktails of 6 or 10 vaccinations save money, but increase risk. It's easy to sit back and call that viewpoint crazy until it's your own child's eyes you're looking into.

So call me crazy if you want, I don't fucking care what you think.

come to san diego and wonder why you are getting notices of outbreaks of ugly diseases in your kids schools.

here is a link to the schools with TB... read down a few lines...
let me know if you see a pattern...

some of the argument for immigration reform is to give access to preventative health care to these illegal immigrants or seal up the border.

https://www.networkforphl.org/the_n...1/196/undocumented_immigrants_and_health_care

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention report the TB rate among foreign-born persons in the U.S. in 2012 was 11.5 times higher than among U.S.-born persons. States with large immigrant populations, such as California, Texas, Florida and New York, represented almost half of all TB cases reported in 2012.

All you have to do is live here and observe to know why once dormant diseases are making a comeback.
people come here from countries without the same kind of vaccination programs. If they came in legally they would have to show their vaccinations. (so that is not an issue)

.. and then the illegal immigrants tend to crowd into more confined spaces (more families per house because housing is so expensive here) ... and we have millions of people who are here illegally. How can that not be causing some of these problems. Just by the numbers alone it should be obvious.

I just googled all sorts of mid west and northern states (Michigan, etc) and I see schools there have issues with TB, too. Is that Mexicans?

so the rate of foreign born persons is 11.5 times higher for tuberculosis. Imagine what the rate is for foreign born people here illegally is?

Please don't mistake this argument for a problem with legal immigrants.
I don't have a problem at all with legal immigrants.
If I did I really could not live in San Diego or even allow my mother in law over.
