Honestly I'd rather see the socialist's get their way until the fricken wheels fall off and the gas tank explodes .
American's have got to be revulsed to the point of vomiting at the ideas of socialism thus they need to get it 1930's style.
Hopefully not. Doesn't it take a ratification of 75% of states to amend the Constitution?
Can "executive order" override Constitution? If so, then we officially have "dictatorship".

Notice how Roosevelt issed an Executive Order to activate Japanese internment camps? Don't think it's beyond Ocommunist to fire out an Executive Order locking people up by the masses in case of an outbreak either viral, but more probable, to keep down civil unrest due to whatever messes he and his administration ultimately cause. Scary!
And notice how Woodrow Wilson used Executive Order to arm America prior to WWI? Don't think it's beyond Ocommunist to DISARM America stating emergency (exigent) circumstances.:eek:
