Correctamundo!
Another example of how a politician will do "ANYTHING... NO MATTER HOW STUPID"... when it comes to votes.
America has never elected a ticket with a woman as VP... highly unlikely it will do so now. (Not that Obama/Biden is any bargain... but we're still not voting for a woman.)
Quote from mxjones:
For everything you hear on the news, talk radio, blogs, and comments on the Internet, what it really comes down to is this:
If you are happy with what has happened over the past eight years - happy with the economy, happy with Americans dying in a war that was entered into based on lies, happy with the continuing influence of religious zealots telling you how you must live your life - what you can and cannot do, happy with the way we treat the less fortunate in our country, happy with our standing in the world and the way we are viewed by people outside the U.S., and happy with electing someone who will (most likely) not be alive in 10+ years to face the consequences of his decisions...if you are happy with all of that, vote for McCain.
If you are not, vote for Obama.

Quote from eagle:
The Obama's lack of experience issue has been resolved by President Clinton last Wednesday's speech, President Clinton was young too in 1992. And now surprisingly, the Republican has resolved the issue themselves for Obama that they had been repeatedly attacking him about lack of experience. From now, they can no longer attack Obama on this issue since they too have VP's lack of experience.![]()

Simply, Brilliant!!
On a Friday in August (and not just any Friday, but Labor Day Weekend Friday), and one day after the coronation of Obama, What does ET (and the rest of the world) find most important? The ES 12 point downtrend? Obama's historic speech? Obama's plans for correcting that which ails this country?
Nope. Nope. and Nope.
Nearly everyone has decided to convince each other how stupid McCain's choice for VP was.
Amazing.
She actually has more executive branch experience than Obama. ROFLMAO, yet half of you want to talk about her lack of experience?
In one fell swoop, Mac's decision energized the party, provided an opportunity for the disenfranchised Hillary supporters, and tossed Obama right out of the 'news' cycle.
This will go down as one of the most brilliant political moves in the history of the country. Whether or not it proves beneficial to the country is another matter entirely.
Open your eyes people - you have history in the making.
