This pick is insane. Since McCain's so old, the VP should be qualified to take his position in case he dies. She may be the least qualified candidate!

Total yawnsville.... No one cares about the Republican Party - they were dead on arrival no matter who Oil McSame chose as VP. Now, McSame's whole angle of Obama not having the experience to lead this country is out the window. Terrible choice on many levels!
 
i think it was a very smart choice. i like romney, but he is so damn rich that he'd be a burden to the ticket.

I don't know much about her except that she is really popular. Mac is obviously going after the disaffected Hillary vote.

Could have a woman prez soon, and not the one everyone expected!

Yep. That’s what I thought, his choice may have something to do with to sway Hillary Clinton's fans. Something like "listen, you want a women in the White House and you got upset because Democrats didn't offer you, now we have her for you." Also, the choice maybe about her age, she's young for offsetting McCain's age, as well as Biden's age to offset Obama lack of experience.

There must be a good reason than the two above to win the White House because Americans are looking for a solution to economic problems and to restore US strong leadership in the world.
