I am new to the forum, everybody here is my teacher, but some people's political opinions are really starting to make me second guess every piece of advice here.

So, in a sense, you are doing me a huge favor.
 
Both of the clowns look weak. Neither look Presidential. But at this point, the winner will probably be one the who looks more populist.

It is very difficult for anyone who has spent ANY time in the ultra ELTISTIST TREACHEROUS SNAKE PIT known as the United States Senate to look populist.

The IRONY here is that Democrats want to paint McCain as being tied to the dolt Bush. But McCain is looking for a way here to go against Democrats and Bush at the same time. If the Democrats will let him get away with opposing this UNPOPULAR bailout, while they stand with the man they love to DEMONIZE, then McCain has pulled off the political finesse play of the millenium.

It will be a sad day if that happens, what's even sadder is that no one will probably even bother to look at what McCain proposed at the table to stall the bailout plan -----less regulations, less corp tax. WTF?!

just in case you really don't get it: Saying "I get my political updates from Comedy central" was a sarcastic reply intended to display my belief that politicians are jokers.

So was "Someone watches too much Fox news" , but that one was on you.
