McCabe is just one step short of being indicted

It was Barr who decided if they had a case. The next AG can also decide.
That's not how prosecutors or prosecutions work. You don't leave it to someone else to decide. If there were a case, it would have been brought. What you had here was Wiseman trying to coax the House into impeachment---nothing more. No next AG will bring any case as there isn't one.

I covered this yesterday.

The larger buzz is that we don't know and McCabe's defense team wants to know.

As I said yesterday, a grand jury has already been sitting on McCabe's charges and has not been able to finish its work. We don't know whether it is because they won't indict or whether it is because the DOJ has decided to proceed against McCabe and wants to use the sitting grand jury to hear the new charges.

We don't know yet. Some leaks will clear it up before long.
These degenerates don't care if you've covered anything or not.

Mueller was the investigator who gave the case to the prosecutor(Barr).Trump was not found not guilty.A future AG can decide differently than Barr and some 2020 democrat candidates have said their DOJ will do just that.
