MBtrading is not pure agency ?

Let me help you out here for clarification. MBTF is technically the counter party to every trade since you (the customer) do not have the relationship, agreements, or credit with the banks or any other counter party on the network such as trader to trader. All the agreements and clearing of funds and trades are with MBTF. We facilitate directing your orders to the best price. That means your order can be directed to any bank, institution, or customer that is posting the best bid or offer and in turn get you the best price. Have you tried posting a bid or offer by any chance? If not I recommend that you try it and you will your bid/offer immediately display giving you an opportunity to trade between the spread. Hence, an ECN (Electronic Communication Network) and the network is every Bank, Institution, and customer within our network. Hope this helps.

What steve says is true........its MBT is probably one of the best places for a retail fx trader to be, excellent execution and not stop hunting. The onlly issue i still have with then is their is their roll over interest....its very high and the commisions are very steep, hopefully in the future we can see these corrected, making MBT the perfect place for a retail trader.

Operator must signature agreement in which definitly
- undertake proprietary trading activities .

Legaly MBT is not pure agency ,with signature of this agreement potencialclient of MBT must accept that or not

It is not the matter ,MBT definitly is not pure agency as stated before in ET to author .

P.S.



Legal problem can have very high influence on trader result
As example -Etrade accepted author operative result as best,but not payed to author 36000 euro for Grand
Prix in trading contest Worldcup .
( after that etrade loosed 84% of he's value ,some 9 bill $
or -84% in 2007)

Problem was ,that Etrade sended longlife advertising agreement (sell name to etrade marketing objective#s) to author with signature demand after author won contest
(not before contest started ,was not public note about this specific conditions)

MB Trading doesn't take the side of any trades whatsoever? Every single trade is executed by an outside party and MBT takes no risk, correct?

Dear Sir

It would play not role ,what Steve MBT would answer. For Court would decisive your signature on client agreement .
I.e. you was in full knowledge of that and accepted that .
