MBT - Everytime the market gets busy your quote server disconnects:
(1) Its not my internet connection, I have a 15Mbps pipe downstream and plenty of spare bandwidth
(2) Its not my PC - cpu utilization was low, plenty of memory
I have eSignal running side-by-side and they didn't drop me (or hiccup as far as I could tell)
No one can take MBT seriously for trading if you aren't willing to put the resources into handling the busy times. I can only imagine what would happen to MBT during a really busy market; At this point I'd like to make it through a fed announcement without being dropped. Is that asking too much?
Please - fix your infrastructure.
