Thank you again for helping us when there is a problem so we can fix it immediately. However, I am the only person that supports users in ET but I am not always here to help on a 24 hour basis. I will ask again, please contact customer support at the sign of anything wrong so we can get it fixed for you immediately. Unfortunately ET is not going to be the most effective way to support you. Nonetheless I welcome the open dialogue with our clients. Please keep up the great work.
