Obama was the one spewing racial inequality, gender inequality, etc. Old trick of divide and conquer from the book. And it works.

If women were so good, they would have come up with their own companies and beat the men. If they were underpaid, most companies would hire only women to save costs.

What opportunities that Blacks don't have?
If you talk about over representation in certain sectors, then it's normal. Women over represented in Nursing, Blacks are over represented in NFL, sports and yes they do make millions of dollars.

I brought up women because they are considered the minority, same category as the Blacks.
