Most of our expenses in this country is trying to educate and care for imbeciles (retards,downs kids,etc..)
Then you have families where drug abuse,crime runs in the family.

Blacks having 10 kids etc.. on welfare

Sick people with terminal diseases etc..

Why not sterilize them so they cannot have kids, and euthanize the others etc..

And limit births to 3 kids max.

Get rid of the socialist Ponzi wellfare system and the people will have the number of kids they can afford.

No need to artificially reduce the birth rate.
