before I look around forever, I am sure somebody has the answer right at hand:
May ECNs (esp. ISLD and ARCA) show level I info for Spiders and Cubes now ?
There was that strange enforcement by AMEX which forbid them to do that ... was it lifted ? I see _no_ ECN level I except for AMEX in my data providers application... Is that still correct ?
