Max Positions Violation

I hold Clayburg_Multiphase on eurusd in a live ac. Portfolio Builder shows max positions = 6. But my ac shows 8 open positions, 2 LT, 2 MT and 4 ST. I have read that providers were required to give notice of such changes.

So, is my ac in error, or have fxdd-auto not updated the no. from 6 to 8, or has C-M failed to notify this change?

The max positions ceiling is 6, if there is violation it is from signal provider side and they will correct it immediately, bringing you back to 6 open position.
