If it is a US broker, check for complaints with the NFA. Make sure he is registered with them. And get out of those 1200 contracts you are holding short at 948.25 in the ES. You should be fine and still positive in your account, but only if you follow my advice.

I still have margin left. I think i will buy another 500 contracts to improve my average. Adding to losers will probably end in a winner.
