As well they should. But the guy deserves his day in court. In today's world, people are guilty the moment a smear story runs against them whether they did it or not.
I support that he "deserves his day in court". However if Gaetz gets indicted on these charges it should serve as enough "evidence" for Congress to take action in regards to committee assignments and referral to the ethics committee.
