Its pretty funny, you have guys out there like Ben Roethlisberger, (im a steeler fan) who goes out and rapes two chicks, or else Michael Vick who commits unconscionable acts towards animals, plus the NFL is chalk full of gang bangers, with drugs guns, and assault charges, but the guy who liberals really hate is Tebow, a guy who spends his time helping orphans and building orphanages in the offseason, and the only crime Tebow commited is being to religious. The hatred the left has developed towards this guy is pathological at this point.

One of the things that always blows my mind about some of these athletes who make seven figures, is why they still feel the need to sell drugs and walk around with guns. There was another incident a little while ago where a guy got caught with a couple thousand codein pills.
I have a tough time believing that anyone would be stupid enough to think that that they can make enough money from selling drugs to justify doing it when they are making seven figures already, so why do they do it?
I have zero sympathy for guys like Vick, Reothlisberger, or PLaxico Burress, frankly those guys deserve to rot in jail for taking the chance of possibly fucking away an opportunity to play a game they love, FOR 8 FIGURES that millions of people would kill for.
All those guys had 10 million plus dollar contracts, and the only one who held on to his was roethlisberger. Vick got his back, and PLaxico is now washed up. Plus there are tons of other guys who pissed there careers away on this stuff.

I don't think Denver wins either. The -7 line is pretty solid. I think this game will be a measuring stick for Tebow. He is going to need to really step it up. I think Denver's defense can hold the Pats to 24 pts. I think 24-14 Pats. I think Tebow is gong to have to throw for 30 plus passes again. Definitely the game of the year on hype alone.

I can buy into the idea that this guy potentially will never rise above mediocre status as a starting quarterback. I can concede that. That would put him on par with 80% of the quarterbacks that ever played in the NFL. But to use the words disgrace and embarrassment leaves me speechless. Are liberals just full of hate and resentment? Is that their schtick? I don't know what to say man. I really don't.
I guess if he raped a few girls, dealt some drugs, beat some dogs and shot a cop, then the libs would get behind him and start to respect him. What does that say about their value system?
One thing I really don't have a problem with is the religious angle. He displays his faith quite a bit, but so did Reggie White. Many players do, but they're just not on camera after every play, and not interviewed after every game. Religion wasn't even a thought when I started the thread.
