Matt Drudge, just come out and say you want to give Tebow a blowjob, already

Quote from Max E. Pad:

If this is the case and guys can cycle in and out of it and get away with it provided they only do it during the offseason, wouldnt that also seem to imply that the Olympics, and almost every single professional sport is tainted? I mean whats stopping an Olympic athlete from using HGH right up until the time they qualify for the Olympics and have to start taking testing?

Im almost starting to think they should just legalize it altogether. As a libertarian, i really dont care if adults want to use HGH, but legalizing it altogether in sports presents somewhat of a problem as you really would not want to have a bunch of 12 year old kids that look up to these guys, who want to make the big leagues hammering down steroids just so they could "make it" before they even know what they are doing, just to get into the big leagues.

Im sure Pujols was tested ad nauseum like the rest of the big bats in baseball, if he were guilty, they would have caught him by now.

Full disclosure: I am a fan of the Chicago Cubs. So I absolutely HATED Pujols, and just knew he was gonna get busted any ol' day now. He has not. And now that he is an Angel, I can relax:D

Did you just miss the past 6 posts? THEY DO NOT TEST FOR HGH!!!!

Hence, there is no authority in MLB to test for the PED that many people have been accusing him of taking for the past 12 years.

And there are some arguments about the accuracy of HGH tests also. It's been quite a few years since I've read much on this but some of the questions are still there. The accuracy should be close to 100% before they use them.

Exactly. There just isn't an easy way to test for high serum IGF-1 levels, and have an accurate test. It's just too hard and VERY expensive to test for recombinant hgh use. And besides, hgh isn't much of a performance enhancer. Great for fat loss, and keeping muscle during times of cutting bodyfat. For strength, hgh wouldn't even be on my radar. The general public thinks that since the word "growth" is in hgh, that it means strength. Sorry. hgh doesn't work that way.

Last, if I played pro baseball, I wouldn't risk using hgh as the side effects I've always noticed with it are arms going numb while sleeping, and tingling wrists/fingers while awake. Not a good combination imo for a guy wanting to hit home runs.

Hoge becomes a Tebow convert

Merril Hoge apparently has officially joined the Pro-Tim Tebow Camp after several month of being critical of the Denver Broncos' unorthodox style of play

That style of play has resurrected the Broncos from 1-4 without Tebow to 7-1 with him, and 8-5 overall and in first place in the AFC West.

Hoge, who has long been a critic of quarterbacks who don't pass the sniff test as a passer, had been a critic of Tebow's style, but admitted on ESPN's Mike and Mike Radio Show that he has come around to believing in the Broncos' inspirational quarterback.

"The lessons that (the Broncos) are showing (are) what sports are about. … I've been obviously very hard on Tim Tebow, very critical of him as a quarterback and his skill set," Hoge said. "… I've been wrong on a lot of levels with (Tebow). I've lost the ability, or the opportunity, I should say … to shed light on what an amazing story (about) how he has worked, persevered, changed—his diligence—all those things that you try to teach young people … (what) sports are really about."

Good post. And since my Sons can keep up with Football more than I can, here's what the 18 year-old said last night, "ESPN is always 'hating' on Tebow. Sucks!"

I'm still trying to learn this "hating on someone, shitting on someone," etc., lingo, and what the difference is, but I guess I'm too old to figure it out.:( :D

Who's the kicker for the Bronco's. From what I saw he was the one one who sealed the win. Maybe he should take a sharpie and write some bible verses on his face so people will talk about him.

Well, the point is that this entire team is playing above its ability. Defense, offensive line, Tebow and the kicker. Hell, they traded away some talent at the WR position awhile back as well. People were literally laughing at Josh McDaniels (before he was fired) and his ridiculous impersonation of a real NFL coach (i.e. his Bellicheck m.o.). This team was left for dead after the 1-4 start. I'm on the bandwagon as it's a pretty damn remarkable story for such a mediocre cast of characters.

Matt Prater. And no, he is not the reason why Denver is 7-1 under Tebow.

Yes, Brandon Lloyd. He went to the Rams. Basically Tebow has no weapons on offense. No meaningful talent around him. It would be fun to see what Tebow could do if he actually had some offensive weapons like a Percy Harvin from Minn who was his number one target with him at FL.
