I guess ya gotta respect the guy, but geez, even if he didn't want the money he could have taken it and given it away to his poor old Mum, or widows and orphans, etc...
 
He's another intellectual idiot. Reminds me of the dopes that win the lottery, but say they'll continue working at their 30K a year job. They should all be beat with tire irons.

Early retirement is <b>unnatural</b> and <b>unhealthy</b>. At least that's how it was when I tried it.

I'm sure there are plenty of other people out there who MUST work- not for the money, but for their own psychological wellbeing.

20 something?
Fact is, most people get bored easily, and were so busy working they never developed consuming interests, surely.
 
Yes-but didnt you "retire" from self employment?
And remuneration-your not talking about a basic wage here, or you WOUDNT have retired, no?
