I took more trades today. 5 trades.+2pt
Overall, I am not too happy the way I manage the trade.

Trade 2 is a bad hold. Got to remind myself always gave the trade wiggle room when the signal bar is Doji or has Overlapping /BW with previous bars.

Hi Matcha,

You did well nonetheless. Very nice PnL.

I see no problem that you took a couple more trades today. Those were all the setups according to your plan, right? If you see them show up as high probability setups, take them rather than trying to limit yourself to the number of trades. This is in line with practicing your discipline to follow your plan.

Wiggle room could be tricky, if you think you have an overall defensive mechanism that works, keep it. Tweaking it too much might not be beneficial in the long run. I am still trying to work on my exits.

Today, I practiced my holding to target. Took 2 Long trades in the last hour (12:13pm pst., 12:39pm pst). Net +2.00pts each for +4.00pts. I also practiced the use of trailing stops to protect the profits. Working on the wiggle room is still a constant battle for me.

it is tricky. Certain type of trades do require some wiggle room. Some need some immediately follow through. I am catagorizing all my trades and trade management. But there is never guarentee in anything in trading.

Very nice trades! And Good catch on the reversal move on the first trade! Are you adding reversal in your setup?

Hi Matcha,

It was a with-trend (1st PB) setup on the 1 minute chart. I noticed a divergence between the price and the stochastic on the 3 min and 1 min chart which followed with a nice trend reversal at around 12:00 noon pst.

Awesome trade #1. You were right that it wasn't an easy hold (need to go through some wiggles...) But you did great and scored big!

I traded a few more times today. 6 trades, net +3.50 pts.
