Hi Matcha,

Friday is what I see as an ES "trend day". Live or dead this is obvious on the 30 min time frame, unless we use a 5 min chart. "trend day all down all day"....

10:40 now. I won’t take any more trades today. Gap and go day, I have rule on this type of the day that I will not trade when market is starting consolidating after the morning “run” is over.

I took 2 trades today. I should only be taking 1. Had I taken the trade on YM, I wouldn’t have “shaken out” from the first trade. I thought part of the reason is I am learning bar by bar method, so if there is a slightly “difference” on the bars forming, I got the different picture. Got to get used to ES more. Besides, nothing is 100% perfectly perfect.

PnL: 2.25pt, 2 trades

I will not be trading too much in the next few weeks, so I can’t report my journal every day. But I will continue studying on my free time.
