Actually this has happened before in NYC to a black dude from cops. The cops were prosecuted and there were no riots. Of course this is before Obama and BLM.
I will blame Obama and his justice department for greatly increasing racial tensions greatly in the U.S. Instead of prosecuting criminals Obama supported prosecuting cops and abusing police departments. Of course this was when his administration was not busy giving guns to criminals via programs like fast and furious.

These riots are actually restricted to "ghetto-zones" where drug dealing is rife, as the police there had a kind of tacit agreement with the criminals not to bother the "buziness".
As Marine LePen is very likely to get elected, she'll fire all the corrupt and incompetent police officers to the general cheering, and re-establish Law and Order - including in these drug-infested areas. Hopefully, she will also increase competent police officers salaries, that would go a long way to support the excellent police officers whose job is being devalued by police officers who are into bed with "drug-involved" people.
