Martin Shkreli just pulled out a shotgun and shot himself in the dick.
This guy actually had some legit arguments about drug pricing, but he couldnt handle not being in the spot light, so he was always making outlandish statements.
Guaranteed this next one lands him 5+ years in the clink, there is no way a judge is letting him off easy after this, he just basically "Pigeon holed" himself into a huge sentence.
If the judge lets him off he gets judged by society as someone going light on wallstreet, so Shkrelli just guaranteed himself the harshest sentence he could possibly get, his lawyers must have guns in their mouths right now, there is no way around this one.
It would be interesting to hear from the lawyers in here where this one rates on the scale of.... "biggest fuck ups of all time," i have a hard time believing anyone could do something dumber than what Shkreli did, in the process of being sentenced, but if you got it, id love to hear it.

Earlier this month, convicted hedge fund defrauder and infamous “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli took to Facebook to offer up a bounty on former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s hair. Apparently bored as he awaited sentencing over his conviction of defrauding investors, Shkreli wrote in a Facebook post that he’d give a $5,000 reward for a strand of Clinton’s hair.
It doesn’t appear that the judge thought this was funny, and today decided to revoke Shkreli’s $5 million bond.
While Shkreli apologized to US District Judge Kiyo Matsumotoyesterday for the since-deleted social media comments, claiming he didn’t think anyone would take them seriously, Matsumoto didn’t see it that way and sent Shkreli directly to jail.
“He does not need to apologize to me. He should have apologized to the government, the Secret Service, and Hillary Clinton,” the judge stated. “This is a solicitation of assault. That is not protected by the First Amendment.”
Shkreli has a history of trolling Clinton. Almost exactly a year ago,following the former First Lady’s much-publicized medical episode at a 9/11 memorial event, Shkreli showed up at her apartment to shout about her health. (This was during the whole Hillary health conspiracy period of the election.)
Shkreli will remain in jail until his sentencing hearing this fall. He is facing up to 20 years in prison.
