That account is only worth 5 million currently. Honestly, I think this is a joke on his behalf, because offering (or wasting) 10 million one needs to have 5-10 times more (I assume) and I don't think Martin has 50 million in the bank.

Also the judge could prohibit any large purchase because he could be personally liable for clients' losses....
