How about using UK and former British slang and even spellings, i.e. "colour" to throw off the scent, all the while the multiple aliased poster is born, bred and lives in NYC.Quote from macal425:

A better way to find aliases by language patterns is to find a misspelling of a word, that is clearly not a typo, then search for others that have also misspelled the same word. When I was a mod, I remember catching a stealth spammer using this method.
