2) damaged kids from some other guy
3) big list of expectations
4) feminist chip on the shoulder
5) large debts
6) controlling instincts
7) sexual hang ups
and move on to some of the basics
1) attractiveness to you
2) acceptable intellect
3) good family
4) some commonality in world view
5) willingness to sacrifice and compromise (you too)
but ultimately a good relationship is largely what you both make of it, good luck. A good marriage is gold and not every man can have gold. Be sure to look in the mirror first.

Don't be stupid, hiding your asset is not properly way to go, unless you would move out to other country. Even prenuptial agreement has to be properly setup, and renew in time when your circumstance slightly changed.
