Nope, not from some woman's group. Can'1 remember where, but there is a free OL dating site that runs all sorts of interesting studies on their members. Things like what color shirt gets the most emails. The site isn't all that great (IMO and AIR), but he does have a fair amount of data, enough to generate some interesting stuff. Women were just as bad in their own way, but fewer of them considered themselves genius level intellects. Still, it was a lot higher than .1%, perhaps 20 or 40%. It was remarkable with regard to the men, since some men who were below average intelligence apparently considered themselves in the top 0.1%. That's like some coach potato shaking his 50 pound beer belly while watching the Boston Marathon and saying "Yeah, I coulda ran that and been in the top 100 if I wanted to fly up there."
Somebody here probably knows which site.
The point of the post is not that men think they are (individually) the inellectual giants of the planet, but that most of us have insane self assesments. Not just men, not by a long shot. But not just women, either.
And don't get married.
