1. Let me ask you a question: do you ever wonder why there are no studies showing the stats on kids of prostitutes? Well, let me explain why: the profiles on kids that come out of divorced homes are bad enough: noone is going to waste their money studying kids that come out of homes of prosititution!

I was absolutely blown away last night: I genuinely thought that you materialists were going to beat the crap out of me for stereotyping. I thought you were going to say, "Don't label us all as Ted Turner Hollywood types." Instead I find that he is your king!

You all think polygamy is okay; you don't care if your daughter is a prostitute as long as it makes her happy (and brings in six figures - no pun intended). And as far as I can tell, you think that communal living and nudity would be just great for your kids.

All I can say is this: are there any atheists out there who are actually willing to take a moral stand? who won't sell out their kids and their neighborhoods?

God knows we tried. The boys is "rough around the edges" for sure. We decided to keep him in the basement, limit his allowance, no luck. I need to have another talk with the Mrs Gekko.

Isn't there one atheistic philosopher who has justified ethically and intellectually not allowing his daughter to be a prostitute? or not allowing communal living? etc.?

Or is this what humanism boils down to: promotion of the razors edge of the Sexual Revolution?
