Some people just crack (psychological breakdown) due to financial problems, family problems or even mental illness. They usually get worse as time goes by without healthy intervention until a dramatic climax.
Another possibility, some people develop a drug or drinking problem that can cause an obsession with their online persona resulting in these multiple aliases as a sign of being passive aggressive. Thus, to him the multiples aliases is "no big deal" and something fun to do. It's a bully like behavior. In reality...its his way of calling out that he needs help.
Therefore, hopefully this guy gets professional help before he damages himself, his family or business relationships. The latter I suspect strongly has already started occurring.
If not the above, most likely he's just immature, narcissistic and an attention seeker.

Yeah, Romik said that a few weeks back. Dissociative Identify Disorder (I believe that's what it's called)...I doubt he has it. I just think the guy is a complete a-hole.
